The Altstadt Hotels Krone and Magic are located in the heart of Lucerne, in a prime location in the middle of the shopping and pedestrian zone.
All our rooms have a bathroom with shower or bathtub, toilet, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer. They all have a minibar, fan (no air conditioning), safe, direct dial telephone, flat screen TV/radio, Delizio coffee machine and security door lock with key card.
The Altstadt Hotels Lucerne are located in the car-free zone and do not have parking spaces. Public car parks are located nearby. Hotel guests are permitted to drive to the hotels. Please note that your satnav will only guide you to Mühlenplatz; from there, follow the brown hotel signs. Valet parking is available for our guests (price: CHF 32, no reservation required).
Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out is before 11 a.m. For check-in, you will need official identification and a credit card for guarantee purposes. Late check-out (2 p.m.) can be booked subject to availability for CHF 50 per room. Reception is open from 6.30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Are you checking in after 6 p.m.? For late check-in (from 6 p.m.), we offer a discount of CHF 10 on the overnight stay. These options can only be booked directly on our website.
Pets are allowed at Hotel Krone for an additional charge of CHF 10 per night and room (food not included).
Pets are not allowed at Hotel Magic.

The Hotel Krone Lucerne is located in the cobbled pedestrian zone and is only partially wheelchair accessible.
The Hotel Magic is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 2 days (48 hours, until 2 p.m.) prior to arrival. If the cancellation deadline is not met, the first night will be charged at 100%. In the case of a non-refundable booking, the room price paid cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation, no-show or change.
